Every EXP punch comes standard with Wilson Tool’s exclusive Ultima™ premium tool steel resulting in twice the tool life as most standard punches.

EXP™ punch technology is available for Metric and Wilson style HPX assemblies for thick turret tooling as well as Wilson Style HPX assemblies for thin turret tooling.

Metric Style Small Station HPX Assembly and EXP Punch

The Metric style small station HPX assembly and EXP punch is a revolutionary approach to punch press tooling. HPX delivers the most technologically advanced thick turret tooling on the market by incorporating Wilson’s EXP punch technology into an assembly with HP2 adjustment and the ability to accept round or shaped punches. In addition, every EXP punch comes standard with Wilson Tool’s exclusive Ultima™ premium tool steel resulting in twice the tool life as most standard punches.

Wilson Tool’s HP Dura-Blade™

Wilson Tool’s HP Dura-Blade™ is designed specifically for parting applications to help maximize your productivity. Dura-Blade features a push button adjustment system and quick release stripper plate for fast and easy tool changes. Dura-Blade has all the performance-driven features of the HP-style tooling plus a replaceable cutting blade insert made with Ultima premium tool steel to significantly increase grind life.

The Dura-Die parting tool completes Wilson Tool’s ultimate parting solution. When combined with our Dura-Blade product, you are able to greatly increase the life of your parting tools. When a new die is necessary, just replace the removable insert and you are quickly back up and running.

Both products are available for standard parting in C, D, and E stations. Available with one- and two-sided relieved strippers for use in close-to-clamp applications for D and E stations. ABS/WLS features are available.

Old Style replaceable inserts available upon request.

Indexable Multi Tools

The Wilson Tool MT7A consolidates up to seven punches into a single tool, reducing the hassle of multiple set ups. The drop-in style allows punches to be loaded or unloaded quickly and easily.

With the R-Series Multi-Tool for Finn-Power machines, you can select a punch and an angle with a single multi-tool. Punches can be rotated to any desired angle, which reduces your overall tool costs. Unlike conventional multi-tools, the R-Series’ drop-in style allows punches to be loaded and unloaded quickly and easily.
