2-4-1

Wilson 2-4-1 tooling system, essentially provides two tools for the price of one. These punches and dies are made standard with Wilson Tool’s exclusive Ultima tool steel to ensure maximum hits between tool sharpenings and reduce downtime. Grind life is increased to .236” (6mm) on punches and 2mm on dies – twice that of standard tooling.
 
The Wilson 2-4-1 tooling system includes dies that incorporate a die holder; die insert, and shim pack and punches.

Parting

Wilson Tool parting tool punches and dies are a more cost effective slitting method. Instead of replacing the entire punch and die, you only need to re-order new blades. All punch blades are supplied with rooftop shear as standard to reduce punching force and noise.
 
The DuraBlade Trumpf® style slitting assembly gives you consistently accurate slits and with our Optima® coating gives you more hits between regrinds and combats galling on the punch tip. This tool is specifically designed to allow for slitting close to forms, but can also be used for normal slitting operations. The punch blade is made from Ultima® steel for increased tool life and is replaceable for fast, cost-effective tool replacement.

Multi Tools

Multi-Tools enable you to load the equivalent of 4, 5, 6 or 10 smaller tools in a single station. This increases your machine capacity and reduces your set-up times and tooling costs.

These are available for Group I, Group H, and Trumatic 240R/260R machines.
