With Wilson Opti-Bend tooling you can achieve bends up to 90° in your punch press and eliminate costly time-consuming secondary operations. The Opti-Bend has a rotating cam in the die that rotates and bends the material during the punching stroke, which simulates the cycling of a press brake with little or no sheet marking.   Available in single hit and progressive styles for B through E stations. Available for hydraulic machines.
